Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for most items. This provides ample time for you to inspect and decide on your purchase.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included. For kids electric ride on cars and battery-powered toys, the product must be in new, resellable condition (no signs of use, damage, or missing parts).
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including personalized or custom-ordered products, and items marked as final sale on the product page.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, regardless of use.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-3 business days, along with return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, or damage in transit).
- Return Address: Ship to the address provided in your RA approval email.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Amount: Full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping fees). We do not charge any restocking fees.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
