SHIPPING POLICY

At Bridgeway General Supplies LLC, every JDM engine is thoroughly inspected, prepared, and securely packaged for freight transportation before leaving our facility. Since engines are shipped via freight carriers rather than standard parcel services, please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.


SHIPPING RATES

United States (Continental U.S.)

JDM Engines — Flat Rate Shipping: $150

International Shipping

JDM Engines — Flat Rate Shipping: $400

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and any destination charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipping rates apply to standard freight delivery only.


FREIGHT CARRIER

United States shipments are delivered through trusted Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers selected based on destination and service availability.

International shipments are arranged through approved freight partners depending on destination, customs requirements, and carrier availability.

All engines are securely mounted on a freight pallet and professionally packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Freight deliveries are curbside only. Carriers are unable to move shipments into homes, garages, workshops, warehouses, or other private areas.

Residential deliveries within the United States may include liftgate service where available.

Customers located in gated communities, restricted-access properties, rural locations, or areas with limited truck access may be required to arrange an alternate delivery location.


ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, may ship the same business day when inventory is available.

Estimated Transit Times

United States: 3–7 Business Days

International: Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


PACKAGING & PREPARATION

Before shipment, every engine is:

  • Drained of applicable fluids
  • Securely mounted to a freight pallet
  • Professionally shrink-wrapped for transportation
  • Inspected prior to shipment

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure each engine is properly prepared for safe freight transport.


DELIVERY INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment immediately upon delivery.

Before signing the carrier's delivery receipt, inspect the shipment for signs of damage, including:

  • Broken pallet boards
  • Torn shrink wrap
  • Visible impact damage
  • Missing components
  • Fluid leaks

If damage is found:

  • Write "DAMAGED" on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • Take clear photographs before unloading.
  • Contact Bridgeway General Supplies LLC immediately.
  • Refuse delivery if severe damage is present.

Once a delivery receipt is signed without noting visible damage, freight carriers may deny damage claims.


DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS

Freight carriers may contact customers to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please provide a valid daytime telephone number during checkout.

Failure to respond to carrier communications may result in storage charges, delivery delays, or additional carrier fees.

Any charges resulting from missed appointments remain the customer's responsibility.


MISSED DELIVERIES & RE-DELIVERY FEES

If delivery is missed, refused, or cannot be completed for reasons unrelated to shipping damage, additional fees may apply, including:

  • Storage fees
  • Re-delivery charges
  • Return freight costs
  • Handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Additional carrier charges may apply for:

  • Address corrections
  • Shipment rerouting after dispatch
  • Refused deliveries
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Limited-access delivery locations
  • Customs-related destination charges

Carrier fees resulting from incorrect customer information remain the customer's responsibility.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for ensuring that imported engines comply with all laws and regulations in their destination country.

Bridgeway General Supplies LLC is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import restrictions
  • Duties or taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government inspections
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Destination country regulations

SHIPPING DELAYS

Although we work closely with our freight partners to provide timely deliveries, delays beyond our control may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Mechanical issues
  • Freight terminal congestion
  • Customs processing
  • Seasonal shipping demand
  • Other unforeseen transportation events

Bridgeway General Supplies LLC is not responsible for delays occurring after a shipment has been released to the freight carrier.
