Freight deliveries are curbside only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to commercial freight vehicles.

Customers must inspect shipments before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt and immediately document any visible freight damage.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Window: 90 Days

Restocking Fee: 15% on approved non-defective returns

Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless otherwise approved in writing

Product Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.
